Based on one of my paintings that was lost in San Francisco. I added mushrooms and like the new version best! Gardening has been my form of meditation since I was nine years old; this illustration references childhood imagination, existentialism and my love of Alice in Wonderland. When I am in my element designing, photographing and gardening — I am fully engrossed in the present and forget the ego. As an empath a creative outlet allows me to live in the moment. The caterpillar asks "¿Quien eres tu?" (Who are you?) and the girl answers "Yo soy" (I am).
