Project Proposal: The subject of the Location-Portable Light shoot is Mexican sweet bread on a relaxing Sunday morning. I would like to convey a traditional feel by using props such as Mexican style coffee mugs, a knitted poncho as a mantel or back drop, and certain pan dulce such as conchas, cuernos, and empanadas.

The props will be there to support the main subject which is the bread itself; I would like to focus on the texture, bright colors, and the fillings on some of the pan dulce types. Pan dulce is often paired with hot chocolate during breakfast, a late night snack and even at Mexican vigils.
